The Olympic Games

WALT skim and scan information to answer questions about the Olympics.

The Olympics began over two thousand seven hundred years ago.

The Greeks

Only men and boys were allowed to take part. The five rings represent the five continents. The Paralympic games take place after the Olympic games. If an athlete came second they would get a silver medal.
